Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) integration in supply chain processes transforms industrial operations, increasing efficiency, optimizing logistics, and making predictive analytics possible. AI-powered tools like machine learning (ML), robotic process automation (RPA), and blockchain are reshaping inventory management, risk evaluation, and decision-making. The following provides methodical surveys of current literature to assess the role of AI in modern supply chains, considering its advantages, drawbacks, and future possibilities. Research shows that using AI substantially affects demand forecasting, supply chain visibility, and operating resilience. However, data security, ethics, and workforce displacement pose challenges that need to be resolved. Future studies would benefit from investigating AI-human collaboration, regulatory environments, and long-term supply chain effects.
