Abstract
The goal of this study is to examine the signs around
Metropolitan State University and see whether they
truly reflect the diversity of its students. We want to
understand whether the languages used on campus
help students feel included and represented while
bringing a sense of belonging, especially for
multilingual students. We collected photos of signs
from the Library, Skyway, and New Main building to
analyze language use on campus.
