Abstract
This poster highlights how integrating Health and Safety (H&S) practices with Sustainable Supply Chain Operations (SSCO) strengthens organizational resilience and supports long‑term sustainability. As global supply chains grow more complex, effective H&S systems reduce workplace hazards, minimize disruptions, and enhance social responsibility. Research shows that strategic safety management, green collaboration, and technologies such as IoT and blockchain improve transparency and health, safety and environment performance. Despite challenges, including inconsistent global standards and varying supplier capabilities, embedding H&S within sustainability initiatives promotes worker well‑being, operational efficiency, and ethical, future‑ready supply chains.
