Abstract
Managing processes, quality, capacity, inventory and supply chains. These concepts are not only standalone functions, but processes that intertwine regularly to deliver services and products to society. Although there are countless examples, the primary ones have been chosen to be illustrative of the times. The following text will include literature reviews of technological advancements, global impacts on supply chains and the environment, and what the future of this profession will look like with new technologies.
